Social development at the camp using experiential pedagogy

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of experiential pedagogy at a summer camp for children. The theoretical section deals with children's camps, experiential pedagogy, and its applications in the field of free-time pedagogy for the social development of students. The study focuses on the adaptation of new students and their relationships with future classmates at a summer camp for children aged 15 to 18. The analysis also applies to the camp program's use of experiential pedagogy methods. In summary, it appears that the new student camp assisted in the formation of multidisciplinary relationships as well as orientation in the school's climate and the establishment of rules.
Using Children's Literature as a Basis for the Dramatic and Educational Process in Nursery Schools

The Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education is a legislative curriculum document which establishes the basic requirements for the state preschool education. The educational objectives and requirements are binding for the teachers. However, the way in which those objectives and requirements are met, is fully in the hands of each nursery school. This diploma thesis illustrates one of the possible ways of educating preschool children, namely the dramatic education. The dramatic education is presented here not only as an educational method but also as a style of pedagogical work. This particular style respects individuality and originality of each child with the intention of developing his/her potentials and with the effort to equip the child with necessary social skills. The practical part of the diploma thesis offers insight into the authentic dramatic and educational process which explores topics of human life. During this process, each child goes through a full-fledged personal and social development by means of dramatic activities, which are based on topics of literary text
The elements of Drama in Education in the lessons World of Human

In this diploma thesis is focus on Drama in Education, which is used mainly in the lessons of the World of Human with overlap into other education. The topic of the diploma thesis was to improve the relations between pupils and thus to influence the climate in the classroom. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focus on the content and specific objectives of Drama in Education. It describes in more details the methods and techniques of Drama in Education. In the practical part, is presented a methodical proposal of lessons for students of the 2nd grade of primary school. Each lesson consists of three parts - planning of a lesson, implementation of topic and subsequent reflection. The first topic relates to friendship, the second one relates to class climate, the third is about hurting and the fourth is about bragging. In the lessons plans are used and tried several drama education methods and techniques, which could give the answer to research question. In the empirical part are present two questionnaires. The first questionnaire was given to pupils before the drama lessons and the second questionnaire after the completion of all four lessons. Possibilities to apply methods of personal and social education in leisuretime centres with using education technology

This diploma thesis of a didactic character presents use of specific methods of personal and social education in leisure time centers through methodical cards linked with educational technologies. These methodical cards were made and practically proven by the implementer of this thesis together with leisure-time activities teachers and subsequently critically evaluated. Research methods were used for a comparison of my personal experience with methodical cards and the experience of each participant, where at least 3 teachers commented on 1 methodological card, as well as the qualitative semi-structured interview, which found out the possibilities and limits of the use of these methodical cards and the quantitative research study in the form of a questionnaire, which is used to get an overview of the needs of leisure-time activities teachers. Based on that, it creates detailed methodological cards. The result was that all 10 developed and practically proven methodological cards are under specific conditions have practical use.
Personal and social development through dramatic improvisation

The author focuses in her work on the importance and possibilities of dramatic improvisation in the social-personal development of adults. She points out principles and rules of this method, which can help in the development of each person's potential. Subsequently, she concentrates especially on themes like barrier outdoing, self-confidence, single-mindedness, fantasy, emotion control, acting skills and the art of dialog. Furthermore, in the preparation and implementation of courses she emphasizes principles and methods in accordance with the didactic cycle C-M-I-A-R-E. Author presents requirements for instructors as well as overall organization of those courses. In conclusion, model exercises, which can be faced by participants of dramatic improvisation, are shown. Author then explains their purposes and analyzes them step by step.
